Girl, listen..you are not behind

Girl, listen… the end of the year will play tricks on you if you let it.
All the timelines, all the “should haves,” all the things you swore you’d finish by now they start gathering in the corner like unpaid bills. And when you’re a Pretty Hustler aka multi-passionate boss with more than one business, it hits even harder. You start feeling like you’re slipping, like everyone else is sprinting while you’re doing your best just to breathe.

I felt that this week.
One brand needed a restart. The other needed more time. My ideas were loud. My energy was… quiet. And I caught myself thinking, “How am I working this hard and still feeling behind?”

But then I remembered something I keep forgetting:

Being multi-passionate means your growth doesn’t follow a straight line. It expands. It rests. And all of it counts.

You’re not just building one thing..you’re building you.

So here’s what I’m focusing on as I close out the year, and maybe you need this too:

• One gentle reset task per day. Not a whole routine. Not a 5-step plan. Just one thing that recharges you.

• Midweek breathing room. A night with no deadlines. No “let me just finish this real quick.” Just relaxation.

• A soft check-in  Ask what needs rest, not what needs producing.

• A moment of gratitude for the work no one sees. The shifts. The bravery it takes to keep going.

Because girl… you are not behind.
You’re creating in layers, in seasons, in waves and that’s exactly how multi-passionate women bloom.

Let the year end how it needs to.
