The Version of You Who’s Tired Is Still Worthy
Let me tell you something I had to tell myself yesterday the version of you who’s exhausted, overwhelmed, doubting herself, questioning her next step… she’s still worthy. She’s still brilliant. She’s still showing up in ways most people will never understand.
When you’re a multi-creative woman with multiple lanes, multiple passions, and multiple people depending on you, your tired seasons can make you feel like you’re losing your edge. You start wondering if you’re doing too much or not enough sometimes in the same hour.
This week I had a moment where I sat in front of my laptop and said out loud, “I’m over it.”
And instead of pushing through like I always do, I paused.
Rest isn’t a weakness. It’s a recharge.
And honestly?
Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is reclaim your energy before you give it away again.
Here’s what helped me reset — maybe it’ll meet you where you are too:
A 10-minute “brain dump” to release everything swirling in my head.
A mid-afternoon stretch to remind my body I’m alive, not a machine.
A playlist that made me remember that im that GIRL!
Because here’s the truth no one celebrates enough:
The tired you is still doing the work. Still dreaming. Still choosing herself.
And on the days when your ambition feels bigger than your capacity, that’s when self-care matters the most.
So be gentle with her
The tired one
The becoming one
The one who’s doing the best she can with the energy she has
She’s worthy.
She’s you.
